Pennies for Posho
Pennies for Posho is a humanitarian and missions organization and the global outreach of Skipstone Corporation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. "Pennies" is committed to feeding the hungry children of Africa and to share the gospel and help disciple them. Their driving verse is James 1:27: "...take care of orphans in their distress."

Pennies/Royal Partnership
Ted Moody, the founder of Pennies for Posho, first became involved with Royal School when he was the pastor of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Griffin, GA. After a mission trip to Uganda, Ted became so captivated by the children that he decided to help. What began as an idea to collect pennies from Vacation Bible School has grown into a dynamic ministry that helps to feed more than 5,000 children in 14 different orphanages, including Royal. Posho, a second cousin to grits, is a staple for the children. As a result of the ministry, these children are able to have three nutritious meals each day.
Pennies is responsible for the wildly successful Ugandan Thunder Children's Choir tour, which has traveled to 23 states for the 2012-2013 tour. As a result of the tour, Pennies will now begin construction of a medical clinic and a high school that will allow them to continue to disciple, feed, educate, and house the children from all 14 of the orphanages that Pennies supports.
Pennies works closely with Royal to achieve the common goal of caring for the least of these in Uganda.
This short video was filmed in 2011 by Jeremy Campbell of Fox News to raise awareness of the ministry and mission of Pennies for Posho and Royal School.
